• Authentication tokens managed by Supabase

Alert Configuration Data

When you create alerts, we store:

• Search queries and keywords you configure
• Monitoring frequency and scheduling preferences
• Delivery channel preferences (Slack, email)
• Destination email addresses for alert delivery
• Custom URLs you choose to monitor

Alert Run Data

When alerts execute, we store:

• Search results retrieved from public web sources
• AI-generated analysis and relevance scores
• Your feedback ratings (thumbs up/down) used to improve relevance

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We store your Razorpay customer ID and subscription ID but never store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment data on our servers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Execute your configured alerts (web search, analysis, and delivery)
• Send alert notifications to your chosen channels (Slack, email)
• Improve alert relevance based on your feedback ratings

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Alertly:

• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — Application hosting and serverless functions
• Google OAuth — Optional sign-in provider
• Razorpay — Payment processing for paid subscriptions
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for alert notifications
• Slack API — Delivering alerts to your Slack workspace (with your authorization)
• OpenAI / AI providers — Analyzing search results for relevance scoring

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Alert run history is retained for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your alert configurations and run history
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing
